Lychee

Small, delicious fruits rich in Vitamin C, lychees have long been grown and consumed across Asia, and are becoming increasingly more popular around the world. Cultivated from beautiful, tropical evergreen lychee trees, lychee fruit grow best in warmer climates and in well-drained soils.

Pumpkin

Pumpkins, a hallmark of autumn, require a warm growing season to develop their sweet, nutritious flesh. With Millennium Farms’ controlled irrigation and sunny days, we can produce pumpkins that are ideal for both culinary uses and decorative purposes.

Cherry Tomato

Cherry tomatoes, with their sweet, bite-sized goodness, are especially popular in salads and as snacks. These little fruits prefer long sunny days and warm temperatures, conditions that are amply provided by the Jordan Valley’s natural climate, yielding vibrant and flavorful produce.

Tomato
